Due to the Pandemic, and until further notice, the Board of Directors Meetings will be held virtually. Owners will receive notice of each meeting, when a date and time are confirmed.

- Construction of our new Rivergate fences is underway!
The woodwork on the Mount Vernon Trail is complete, and the Center Garden construction has passed the halfway mark.

- Rivergate Landscaping
The Rivergate landscaping was updated in June by Grounds Management & Landscaping, replacing old, dying plants with nearly 30 holly, boxwood, nandina plants and 50 liriopes throughout our front beds. These were chosen to create a more cohesive look throughout the community. Although the landscapers will water weekly, you may want to give an extra watering during these extra hot days. A few final additions will be made in the Fall. Nice to see Rivergate looking so green!
- New house number signs installed!
The new house number signs were installed the week of Feb. 26th. These are similar in design to the Rivergate entrance signs and blend with the railing and light fixture elements on the front exteriors. What a nice upgrade! Thanks to Mace Carpenter, Susan McNeice and Bonnie Koch for spearheading the improvements. A s special Thanks to Rick Cleveland, who installed the new signs!

- ARB approval is always needed for exterior changes
If you plan to make any exterior changes to your home, please remember that you must first submit an Architectural Review Board Application to Sentry Management to be reviewed by the ARB Committee.
Please refer to the Rivergate Homeowners Associations Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions; Article VI; Section 1 (d) for further information. (under the Documents tab).
- 2019 Homeowner Directory
The updated Homeowner Directory has been archived on the Sentry Portal. To view, please go to the “Resident login” at the top right corner of the web page to sign in to your account. Once you have signed on to the portal, on the left hand side, click on “Information Center” Then go to the “drawer” drop down section and choose “Community Information”. In the “Folder” drop down, you can choose “resident directory” among other items.
