HOA Board of Director Meetings are generally held the second Thursday of each month and begin at 7:00 p.m.  Look for the announcement from the HOA Rivergate Secretary in advance of the meeting with the firm date, location and agenda of topics.  All are welcome to attend.  Meeting minutes are posted on the Sentry website.
